Automatic Installation:
Click on link to install plugin automatically ( you must have read/write access to searchplugins/ directory).
Manual installation:
Copy searchpostgresqlorg.src,searchpostgresqlorg.jpg to searchplugins/ directory of your browser installation and restart mozilla. If all went well then you should be able to search with the google searchbar.
